We had dinner in Pink Bistro today. We got the Toast Skagen and the långarygg (common ling). The toast was tasty with fresh shrimp and veggies and good toast on the bread. Only downside that it was served on paper, the mayo would soke the paper, not very practical. The långarygg tasted even better, perfectly cooked fish, delicious sauce and the potatoe puree with dill is a pleasant surprise. However it arrived cold and i would personally add sthng green to it. Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff, checked on us to see if all is good. All in all a very good experience.  Recommended!

Went for a late dinner (one of the few places open). The food was good and the prices in line with expectations. Service was not the fastest or friendliest we have had but perfectly fine.
