The burger bun was soft yet firm and delicious.  The patty was well one but it overly dry. The burger size.  Was perfect for eating 👌

I don't typically write reviews, but I am going to do so in this case.  Borgmästargården easily has the best hamburger in Europe.  All of Europe.  Their hamburgers also compare favorably to nearly all hamburgers in the US, as well.  I am extremely impressed.  Worth a special trip, since Kristianstad isn't really near anything in particular.

The place seems to be rather hopping on weekends.  Security seems to take their job rather seriously for such a sleepy town.  As in who are they so edgy about.  Their demeanor made me wonder if I was going to be jumped by goons while walking back to the train station.  But I made it out safely and will certainly come back again.  : )

This was my first meal after hours of travel. It was delicious and exactly what i needed. I stopped here without reservations. The service was excellent and my waiter was very friendly and understanding. The old fashion was good. The risotto and scallops were delicious, but the scallops were a little tough. My waiter recommended the thai sorbet for dessert and it was an excellent recommendation.

Great food, service and atmosphere! Maybe just a special on a Monday night but also fabulous live music! The Creme Brulee with cinnamon is to die for as well as the tenderloin steak. Highly recommend 👌

Really appreciated the fact that you can sit outside without freezing, as they have outdoor heaters. The indoors aesthetic is also really nice. I had a paloma and it was amazing!
