Every day cantina, with basic food options at the apparent market price (105 SEK). Portions are to the small side. Parts of the restaurant is rather cramped and darkish. Outside seating in the summer.

Good food! Sometimes very crowded around lunchtime though.

Extremly crowded around lunchtime.

Food lines are imposible to follow, just hope you stand in the right one.

Shrinkflation  also seems to have affected the restaurant business since the price has gone up but the portion sizes goes down.

Being located in Ideon science park, Edison is very close to my office and I have been a customer since they opened.
When they opened in 2012 (?) they were amazing with generous sized portions, and you were able to go back and ask for more if you weren't full. They have become more snål and expensive over the years, which is in itself understandable, but the food in general maintains a high level of quality.

Unlike many Swedish restaurants where you leave your tray of dirty plates on a shelf when you are done, here you are expected to sort your dirty dishes and rubbish / food waste - the only thing you don't do is start the dishwasher pretty much. Furthermore, the lines for collecting the food are long and chaotic, avoid this place at 12pm (going around 12:40 is a much quieter alternative)

My biggest and probably most legitimate complaint about Edison and the lower rating is the girl manning the cafe. She has been there since opening, and I have been coming in for years. She is always surly and indifferent, sometimes doesn't even greet me, has never bothered to learn my name and despite me ordering the same kind of coffee, there is zero proactivity. Clearly she either doesn't like me, or is in the wrong kind of job.

The other staff are friendly, especially the guys serving the food, and the food is on the whole very good. Now lunch costs 105:- excluding coffee so one needs to look at the menu and make sure it's appealing.

When it comes to coffee - its good there is a backup plan when our office cafe is closed (which is light years better when it comes to service and value)  but I never feel welcome or glad when I am served by this Edison staff member.

Typical Swedish food. Warm atmosphere but I think they should be a little bit more generous with the amount of protein in their meals. Their salad bar is a bit bland and not very appealing.

Moderately priced lunch. Has two menus - Swedish and international. The place is mostly filled with employees in the same and nearby buildings, belonging to different companies. Includes a cafe too. No bar counter. Include an acessibilty lift entrance.
