Superb taste experience. Steak was so delicious. Perfectly cooked and taste was not hidden by salt, spices. Really liked sauces, something new in taste and matched well with the rest. Also recommend the onion soup which is definitely level up from any regular onion soup. Cosy atmosphere. They also provided some handy tips for the rest of our trip.

Not our favourite place in Malmö. We tried it twice, once in a normal weekday and then for a Sunday lunch. We had a chicken roll with bacon and chips and a steak. The chicken was clearly frozen and, even if the dish was properly executed, it couldn't remedy the poor quality of the ingredients. The steak was so tough that my wife had to leave it. The fries: as you can see, industrial, frozen, very cheap fries. A pity, because the locale is not bad.
On our second visit, on a Sunday, the server (possibly owner) was much more concerned about our child not to damage his tables than with providing a pleasant experience.

Close to walking street. Small restaurant but very good food. Not easy to find so good food with such low price in Malmö. I recommend ryggbiff med pommes frites. Potatismos is not as good as pommes frites. Meat is very good.

We have been there as a group of 4 people. The restaurant was empty when we entered but during our stay more poeple came. The owner is very friendly and explained us all his dishes in English. The food was very good and the service was amazing. There was also a  local we met who also likes the restaurant/bar very much

Perssons Kök & Bar, beläget på Storgatan 1 i Malmö, har en rik historia som sträcker sig tillbaka till 1969, då det först öppnade som Pizzeria Napoli, Malmös allra första pizzeria. Restaurangen har sedan dess utvecklats till en mysig och familjär kvarterskrog som erbjuder en variation av rätter, inklusive kött, fisk och vegetariska alternativ, alltid tillagade med de bästa råvarorna.

Vår hemlagade meny tillagas varje dag med det lilla extra. Såserna är favoriten, duchessen är utöver det vanliga och vår burgare är alltid nymalen på ryggbiff.
