This gave memorable experience for me to take a cold dip and sauna in 10 degree. The sauna is clean and the ocean view looks so great especially during sunset.

Only I was surprised seeing people naked at the first impression but everything is fine after that. Very enjoyed.

Only hope that the staff would give more instruction for the first time user

Really nice experience once you get to know the rules and layout. Beware that the lockers are at the far end of the runway but ask anyone and they should be able to help you. The shared saunas were fairly full so I avoided those. Otherwise so refreshing going into the cold seawater then into the sauna to warm up. Not much direction in English just for people to know!

I have just been there!
Staff is very nice, friendly and helpful! The locals where very helpful and friendly too; they helped me when they noticed that I was a little bit lost in there. Everyone speaking a very fluent English! They facilities were clean and everything for a fair price.
It was a really enjoyable experience! I would recommend to anyone!

We LOVED this place. Right on the sea and the ability to go from sauna straight into the sea was truly wonderful. We did not see any staff the entire time we were there besides check in so I was grateful another patron showed me around as there were several sauna options which I would not have known how to navigate on my own.

An authentic Swedish experience. The setting is surreal as it is on stilts in the sea. Otherworldly, and extremely relaxing. If you are uncomfortable with being completely nude at all times during your visit, this isn't the place for you.
