A really nice hotel in prime location where you feel at home right away! Beautiful concept to have both the dinner and breakfast buffét included. Everything was so fresh with cute little details like unlimited popcorn at arrival and you could help water their plants etc.

The only feedback I have is that you really need to find a better system for making sure to take guest calls (there are no phones in the room and when I called the general line they only answered 2 times out of 5, which is obviously really frustrating when you have questions or need anything) andra the room layouts are a bit funny in the corner rooms so we ended up refurnishing to be able to have a little movienight.

I loved that they had a sauna and gym with free access in the basement too :)

An extra thank you to Maia, Helen and Mirjam that were all really sweet and helpful during the birthday celebrations of my mom. I'll be back, if even just for the dinner buffét!

One of my favourite hotels to stay at. The rooms are brilliant, the service is stellar, and the included breakfast/fika/evening meals are amazing. I will always try to stay at this hotel when staying in Malmö or around Sweden. Cannot recommend it enough!

Friendly staff at a good hotel with a central location. Rooms are basic and tired looking but with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was fine but lack of seating, especially when 1 or 2 people sit at tables for 4!!! If you're vegetarian don't bother with the food. The Vegetarian alternatives are truly bad and lack any skill or imagination from the kitchen. The pasta dish ran out and was replaced with a plate of broccoli. The warm bread was a nice welcome in the morning for breakfast. Overall, nice & friendly staff, good location, fair price, but not great food.

Nice and warm hotel , with very kind and helpful staff . Especially receptionist Anna S. was very cervical for resolve any problem.
The hotel has perfect location , calm and same time centric. Breakfast was good , dinner basic but tasty . We will back .

Will never stay again.

I have stayed here plenty of times and it’s been great, previously.

I booked this room and looked forward to a cozy, relaxing stay.

But I got a dark room with a flickering light and holes in the curtain. The room was so cold I had to sleep with two duvets, two sweaters and warm socks. In the morning, I was going to have a shower, but there was no hot water.

Instead, I went for breakfast where they were renovating and drilling constantly in the kitchen so I got really stressed while eating.

I told the reception about all of the above and I was in tears and they gave me a key to another room so I could take a warm shower. They said they had a water leak in the morning and that they apologized for the inconvenience.

An apology was not sufficient compensation for this awful experience.
