After 40 DAYS of our stay, we have not received a refund on a dinner they weren't able to provide. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Our 4-night recent stay at Radisson Hotel Malmö was one of the worst experiences we’ve had with the Radisson brand.

We stayed in a dozen of different Radisson across the world, and this, along with Radisson Gothenburg, were the worsts.

As loyal VIP members, we expected the high standard of service and quality Radisson is known for, but this property failed us in every way possible.

The issues began upon check-in, where we were moved between three different rooms due to substandard conditions. The rooms were outdated, the carpets smelled unpleasant, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. To add to this, the breakfast was far below par—limited options and poor quality.

To make matters worse, we paid $30 for a dinner we were not allowed to take, and to this day, we have not received a refund for it.

Additionally, the hotel blocked funds on our card without informing us, something no other Radisson property did during our trip to Sweden. The refund process for both the stay and the dinner has been painfully slow, and over 10 days later, we are still following up.

We have raised a formal complaint through VIP Radisson customer care to address this unacceptable experience. This hotel does not live up to the Radisson brand’s standards, and it tarnishes the reputation of a globally respected name. It should either be held accountable or stripped of the Radisson name altogether.

If you’re considering staying here, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. There are far better options that deliver the quality and service you expect from Radisson.

The hotel has big issues with the cleaning process. In the allocated room, we have found feces traces on the toilet (see pic). We changed the room at 10 pm after seeing other 3 rooms. Even in the new one we have found dirt (dirt on the bathroom door, dust on the toilet, a disturbing smell in the bath, stained and torn sheets, spider webs) after talking with the receptionist and the manager, they
ensure us that it will be clean properly, it wasn't. Wer efused the offer of the royal suite (for the last day of our staying) and Radisson points. Poor breakfast also, but the staff of the restaurant was friendly. Mechanical noise
early in the morning around 6 every day. Safe and fridge didn't work on the entire staying. Traveling with a kid we need a clean, decent room.

Very spacious rooms and excellent service from all employees.
A special thanks to Erzan, who, together with the maintenance staff, quickly resolved minor issues with our room and even assisted us in sending a package to our home address in Germany. Truly outstanding support!

Very happy with the service at the reception and with the big room and amenities.

The breakfast was super boring. Although we were some of the first guests in the morning, the bread was clearly dry and old. If you eat plant-based, bring your own lunch box as the options are close to zero.

Also, I am wondering how a hotel buffet in an eatablished hotel does not have a hand sanitiser available for the guests…

Recently stayed here with my partner for our first trip to Malmö and couldn't have been happier with the hotel. Safe to say we would return to this Radisson Blu!

Our room was huge, clean, and warm, with a great variety of amenities - mini fridge to keep our own bits in, daily restocked tea/coffee, nice towels, hairdryer, etc etc. Room was cleaned and bed was made everyday we were there, which was hugely appreciated and great. Bed was super comfy too!

Staff were lovely and always greeted us with a smile. Worth the money definitely, a very affordable place. No problems checking in or checking out. The only (minor) issue we had is that we could not get our phones to connect to the TV so could not Chromecast, which was a slight shame but did not matter as we spent most of our time exploring!

All in all, this was a great stay and we are thoroughly pleased!
