At the end of our bikepacking trip, we had some time to kill before getting on the bus home. We got to store our bikes in a locked room inside, used the wellness, had dinner and chilled in the lounge. All the employees were super friendly and we wish we’d stayed the night as well! Definitely recommend!

The rooms are quite small even in the higher category, the washrooms are even smaller. Their gym is huge and it has an indoor pool, sauna, also a spa. Breakfast is better than rest of the hotels in the city. Service is below average, one day someone just opened the door without knocking and ran away. However, this is the best hotel in town, rest are worse than this. Location is good.

Big hotel close to the central station. Staff was nice, the room was clean and they had a special place for vegan options in the breakfest area. The location of the hotel is okay but not special. Still I want to give a good rating

Disappointed. Very disappointed. Nice room, quite friendly staff. But not really up to the hype as advertised. Not kid friendly..

We booked 2 nights, no free drinks with the complimentary meal with the meal even though we took just cola.

Ring this place in advance before booking and avoid being ripped off.

The pool is shared with the fitness club, so it's open only at certain times. The maximum time is only 2 hours. Secondly it's overlooked by the gym and in full view of the gym.

The wifi was sporadic.

Makes holidaying in Swedish hotels very unappealing.

If this ranks as 4.1 of 5 we must have staying in the Bates version of the hotel!

We booked a one night stay at what we thought was a SPA hotel. Disappointment from the second we stepped into the so called SPA. Nothing more than two hot tubs and beds in a cold room. Everyone that walked in looked confused as they could not find the rest of the SPA.
It did state that you have to book a table for dinner but when we wanted to book one it was fully booked already. But food was OK to order up to the room (if you picked it up yourself). There was plenty of tables around empty. To order a drink was another hurdle. Only one bartender on and with people ordering cocktails you could wait a long time to get served. We gave up and went back to our room. Later went down to buy some crisps for dinner and the table we sat at (an hour earlier) still had our empty glasses on it.
Breakfast was OK at the most (was a bit discussed by the coco water sludge that was served with the pancakes)
So all in all well over priced and wrongly marketed as a SPA hotel that needs more staff on busy weekends.
