Honestly the guests were rude the personal was rude and all around not a pleasant experience I've made.
But the location is quite nice, though mosquitos and ants are definetely an issue, and the lake is quite shallow for swimming.

Ett magiskt dygn vid Gisesjön är till ända. Vandring i fantastisk natur, bastubad och liten tur med kanot. Hemlagad mat levererad i korg och frukostbuffé i mysig lada. En mjuk dubbelsäng med duntäcken i ett tält där regnet smattrar på tältduken. Ett lugn och en tysthet som genomsyrar hela kroppen och som gör att vi gärna kommer tillbaka och upplever detta igen🧡

A magical day at Lake Gisesjön is over. Hiking in fantastic nature, sauna and small trip with a canoe. Homemade food delivered in a basket and breakfast buffet in a cozy barn. A soft double bed with a down duvet in a tent where the rain patters on the tent canvas. A calmness and silence that permeates the whole body and that makes us want to come back and experience this again🧡

Vilket härligt ställe! Kan varmt rekommendera. Mysigt inredda tält med en massa extra små saker såsom myggmedel, korkskruv och kortlek. Trevlig personal och god mat, både frukost och middag.

What a lovely place! Can highly recommend. Cozy furnished tents with a lot of extra little things such as mosquito repellent, corkscrew and deck of cards. Nice staff and good food, both breakfast and dinner.

Helt otrolig plats och atmosfär, skulle kunna flytta in permanent på Havrevreten om det var möjligt. Tova med familj som driver stället är dessutom oerhört trevliga och generösa! Rekommenderas varmt!
