Hon pratar inte så mycket vilket är skönt om man vill få naglarna piffade och se på film samtidigt. Mina naglar är fortfarande så fina efter två veckor. Gått till massa olika ställen och är alltid något strul med något - men så nöjd med allt här 🙏😍

She doesn't talk much, which is nice if you want to get your nails done and watch a movie at the same time. My nails are still so beautiful after two weeks. Went to a lot of different places and am always a bit confused about something - but so happy with everything here 🙏😍

Inte för länge sedan bokade jag en nagelförlängning på Mon Cherri. Jag förväntade mig ett fantastiskt resultat pga mina kompisar hade rekommenderat denna ställe. Men tyvärr :-( vilken besvikelse. :-( Ingen kundservice alls, kommunikation från nagelstylisten var inte så professionellt. Jag fick verkligen inte det jag betalade för. Jag berättade exakt hur jag ville ha mina naglar och visade tom bilder till nagelstylisten. Men jag fick inte alls det jag visade och berättade för henne. Jag kände att nagelstylisten inte alls lyssnade och var inte alls noggrann. Som nagelstylist eller vad man nu ska kalla denna kvinna, så ska man lyssna på sin kund. Man ska vara proffsig och ha utmärkt kommunikations förmåga. Se till att kunden är sedd och hörd. Inte varje dag som jag tar tid att skriva omdöme om något, men denna gång kände jag att jag MÅSTE skriva. Jag kommer verkligen inte gå tillbaka!! Zero stars, säger jag bara! Tyvärr :-(

Not long ago I booked a nail extension at Mon Cherri. I expected a great result because my friends had recommended this place. But alas :-( what a disappointment. :-( No customer service at all, communication from the nail stylist was not very professional. I really did not get what I paid for. I told the nail artist exactly how I wanted it and even showed pictures to the nail artist. But I did not get what I showed and told her. I felt that the nail stylist did not listen at all. As a nail stylist or whatever you want to call this woman, you should listen to your client professional and have excellent communication skills.It's not every day that I take the time to write a review, but this time I HAD to write.I really won't go back!! I'm just saying! Sorry :-(

Väldigt behagligt , gjorde inte ont alls , inget har ramlat av alls (det har gått en vecka ) , hon var väldigt noggran och resultatet blev riktigt fint .
