The new atmosphere, the service in the bar, the coctails were amazing! Tasted great, and we loved how chatty was everyone there, talking about the origin of a drink! On the other hand, in the reastaurant, the staff was nice, kind, but we felt the tension between the supervisor and waiters. The food was very high quality, looked fabulous, but lack of imagination of the sortiment. Again, the quality was high-end!

The hotel's professionalism, friendliness and efficiency throughout my stay. They were always prompt in attending to our needs and requests, ensuring that I felt well taken care of.  Their assistance went above and beyond whether it was providing information about nearby attractions or arranging special requests. My sincere thanks to the front office, housekeeping, breakfast, and lounge staffs.

Scandic wrapping up operations at this site. You can tell from the lack of staff and posters saying you have to request house keeping and prebook breakfast spot. Sell it as you may, it’s an indication of a business wrap up. Having said that, the bistro staff, the front desk and breakfast staff were marvelous. The room was very nice and the furniture is good repair. However the hotel lacks a sauna and ac (windows don’t open on the rooms). Though this review may not mean much as the hotel rebrands to another name/chain, I wanted to say thank you to the staff for making our stay enjoyable.

Hotel was just ok but very worn. Smoking below hotel windows. Warning to all: parking is not free and can be fined even if you pay. Only small paper from reception helps. Do not expect any help from reception or scandic in case youre fined even though you paid and not been told to put up the paper in car. Aimo Park will ticket you - so you pay for parking and for being fined. Very very bad experience - will not come back

Nice and good hotel.  Friendly and helpful staff. Tram station close to the hotel and by shifting to the train in Ropsten you get to the Stockholm Centre pretty fast.
Delicious breakfast.
Family room big enough for two adults and three kids.  Only thing we missed from family room was some kind of small fridge for kids snack.  All ready done reservation for next weekend holiday later this year ☺️.
