This is one of the most beautiful places to visit around Stockholm. You can go swimming in the lake, take a nice walk around the lake and climb over rocks, or rent a mountainbike.

The hiking trail was alright, not very hard even for beginner in hiking. It is also very accessible by public transportation (bus) from stockholm

Joined my husband in line after he'd been waiting 20 minutes with only 3 people in front of him--all he said was "don't order anything that has to be prepared."  Kid working the register left and took a break before we ordered...so we waited for her to come back.  Crazy.  We bought a Kex and a bottle of water and left.  Read the other reviews!

The staff was super friendly and helpful.
The sauna and locker room are nice and clean!

What a great place, and so close to Stockholm centre. We do mountainbiking in the Hellasgården area, and you could spend a week exploring the area (if you add the Hammarby area). There are limited room facilities available directly at Hellasgården, this time we had to book a hotel in Nacka. If you rent a mountainbike rent it close to Hellasgården at the ”Mountainbikeskolan ” picture 2, they have much better bikes, and a nice cafe. The cafe, restaurant and rooms directly at Hellasgården don’t deserve more than 3 stars.
