Detta företag hade sönder mina möbler efter ett enkelt el-jobb år 2017. Jag bestred fakturan för att komma överens med företaget och sedan blev det tyst, nu maj 2020 ringer de och kräver in pengarna och skyller på att det är mitt fel. Otroligt oprofessionella så jag AVRÅDER ALLA att använda sig av detta företag framöver.

This company had broken my furniture after a simple electrical job in 2017. I disputed the invoice to agree with the company and then it went silent, now May 2020 they call and demand the money and blame it as my fault. Incredibly unprofessional so I ADVISE ANYONE to use this company in the future.

Jag beställde jour hjälp via detta företag. Då min städfirma orsakade läckage hos en kund. De lovade komma inom 1 timme, men vår förare kom till platsen efter 20 minuter och åtgärdade läckaget. Någon har ringt från JOUR AB  och sade att de skickar folk snart. Jag sade ok. Sedan fick info från vår förare att läckage är åtgärdat och jag skickade sms till nummer som de ringde ifrån och de har läst sms med information att de behöver inte komma. 30 minuter senare ringer någon igen från deras firma och säger att de är jour och de kan komma tidigast om 40 minuter. Då meddelade jag igen att de behöver inte komma. Trots mina 2 avbokningar så väljer de att köra till adressen ändå och skickar fakturan på 6500:-
Fakturan bestrids i sin helhet såklart.

I ordered emergency assistance through this company. When my cleaning company caused a leak at a customer. They promised to come within 1 hour, but our driver arrived at the scene after 20 minutes and fixed the leak. Someone called from JOUR AB and said they are sending people soon. I said ok. Then got info from our driver that the leak has been fixed and I sent a text to the number they called from and they have read the text with information that they don't need to come. 30 minutes later someone calls again from their company and says they are on call and they can come in 40 minutes at the earliest. Then I announced again that they don't have to come. Despite my 2 cancellations, they choose to drive to the address anyway and send the invoice for SEK 6,500.
The invoice is disputed in its entirety, of course.

JourAB är vårt livs värsta mardröm. I oktober hade vår förening en vattenläcka i ett rör under vår lägenhet och anlitade JourAB att laga läckan och återställa badrummet, det skulle ta fem veckor sa projektledare Tomas. Vi har nu varit utan hem i mer än fyra månader, med spädbarn. Tio dagar efter deras sista garanterade slutdatum, efter 2,5 månaders arbete, kommer vi hem till en lägenhet i kaos: bråte, damm, toaletten är två hål i golvet, det som gjorts är fel och diskmaskinen står mitt i köket för att rör har dragits så den inte kan sättas tillbaka. Besiktningsman underkänner hela arbetet och konstaterar att det inte gjorts av fackmän. Sedan dess har JourAB inte svarat på våra samtal, inte betalat de avtalade leverantörsfakturorna och har lagt på luren i örat när vi ringt. Vår lägenhet är fortfarande i kaos. Mardrömmen är fortfarande inte över.

JourAB is our life's worst nightmare. In October, our association had a water leak in a pipe under our apartment and hired JourAB to fix the leak and restore the bathroom, it would take five weeks, said project manager Tomas. We have now been without a home for more than four months, with babies. Ten days after their last guaranteed end date, after 2.5 months of work, we come home to an apartment in chaos: rubble, dust, the toilet is two holes in the floor, the work done is wrong and the dishwasher is in the middle of the kitchen because pipes have pulled so it cannot be put back. The inspector rejects the entire work and notes that it was not done by professionals. Since then, JourAB has not answered our calls, has not paid the agreed supplier invoices and has hung up on us when we called. Our apartment is still in chaos. The nightmare is still not over.

Kan INTE rekommendera detta bolag. Jag ringer dem på en söndag, då vår blandare går sönder och vattnet spolar för fullt. Vi kan inte stänga vattnet då vi inte får balofixen att röra på sig. Jag ringer dem och ger en kort beskrivning om vårt problem och ber dem skicka en rörmokare om möjligt. Ett samtal som pågår i 2min, de ber att få återkomma inom kort för att se om någon finns tillgänglig. Får besked att en rörmokare kommer inom 1tim. Men inget byte av blandare eller annat kan utlovas. Rörmokaren dyker upp (inget ont att säga om hans insats), han är stressad då fler väntar på hans tjänster. Han kan med hjälp av en stång lösgöra balofixen och stänga av vattnet, och lämnar vår lgh 5min efter han kommit på plats. Påväg ut frågade jag honom hur vi gör med betalning, han säger då att det inte är hans sak att hantera. 2 dagar efteråt får vi en faktura på 6850kr!! , som efter ROT landar på 4900kr!! De har tagit 2tim i startkostnader på 5200kr!! Detta är givietvis något som kommer bestridas.

Can NOT recommend this company. I call them on a Sunday, when our faucet breaks and the water is running full blast. We cannot shut off the water as we cannot get the balofix to move. I call them and give a brief description of our problem and ask them to send a plumber if possible. A call that lasts 2 minutes, they ask to come back shortly to see if someone is available. Gets a message that a plumber will come within 1 hour. But no replacement of the mixer or anything else can be promised. The plumber shows up (nothing bad to say about his effort), he is stressed as more people are waiting for his services. With the help of a pole, he can detach the balofix and turn off the water, and leaves our apartment 5 minutes after arriving on site. On the way out, I asked him how we do with payment, he then says that it is not his business to handle. 2 days later we receive an invoice for SEK 6850!! , which after ROOT lands at SEK 4900!! They have taken 2 hours in start-up costs of SEK 5200!! This is obviously something that will be contested.
