Broke a couple of things while cleaning the house.
They claim that one was already a bit broken so will not take responsability for that one.

The other object they admitted It was their fault and that they will pay for it but that we have to buy It and send the factura. i did send the factura.... i am still waiting for the swish.

Katastrofalt dåligt städat, stora lager damm kvar, allmänt slarvigt. Dessutom har städaren haft en hund i huset som kissat inne. Vi anlitade inte företaget det var säljarna som gjorde det för flyttstäd. Städbolaget skickar tillbaka samma städare efter att vi klagat. Som ytterligare en gång gör ett dåligt jobb och kommer med ursäkter om att det var stressigt.. Vilket jag kan förstå, vem skickar en person till att flyttstäda ett hus ensam? Jag har använt städbolag för mindre lägenheter som då skickat minst två. Städaren verkade inte särskilt skamsen över kisset hunden lämnade heller. Tänk en gång extra innan ni väljer Milkas städ.

Catastrophically poorly cleaned, large layers of dust left, generally sloppy. In addition, the cleaner had a dog in the house that peed inside. We didn't hire the company, it was the sellers who did it for moving. The cleaning company sends the same cleaner back after we complained. Who once again does a bad job and makes excuses that it was stressful.. Which I can understand, who sends a person to clean a house alone? I have used cleaning companies for smaller apartments who then sent at least two. The cleaner didn't seem particularly embarrassed by the pee the dog left either. Think twice before you choose Milka's cleaner.

Jag anlitade Milla Städ i första hand för att få ugnen ordentligt rengjord. I och med minimum debitering på 3h så städas köket och fönstren putsade också. Aida som var och städade hos mig var väldigt noggrann och framför allt supertrevlig! Baserat på dagens städning rekommenderar jag Milka Städ och speciellt Aida!
Nästa gång jag behlver städning kommer jag anlita dem igen! 😊

I hired Milla Städ in the first place to get the oven properly cleaned. With a minimum charge of 3 hours, the kitchen is cleaned and the windows cleaned as well. Aida, who was cleaning at my place, was very thorough and, above all, super nice! Based on today's cleaning, I recommend Milka Städ and especially Aida!
Next time I need cleaning I will hire them again! 😊

Gör det där lilla extra och det känns som att alla som arbetar där bryr sig om mig som kund. Rekommenderas varmt.
