I made accidentally reservation to a wrong day. Tried to call them (many time during the evening) - the phone number is busy all the time. I sent also an email less than 10 minutes after the reservation to change the dates; no response. Next morning they sent info, that they charged the credit card (from the same address that I used earlier, and they state that also on the web page). I replied that one and this time they replied that unfortunatelly it's now too late as they did charging already.

So if you plan to make reservation here, try to call them beforehand. If it's still busy (now it is), I would strongly recommend on staying elsewhere.

On September 23, I made a reservation at this property after checking in what currency I could pay in upon check-in, but did not receive a response from the property. Upon arrival, the hotel employee did not accept payment in euros, did not agree to a deposit in euros until the morning, and the check-in was at night, the exchange offices did not work, they were not allowed into the hotel, I had to spend the night on the street. At the same time, money was written off from the card with the comment “they didn’t show up for check-in,” in fact, it wasn’t my fault for not checking in, since there was no response from the hotel, although a request was sent.

After the money was written off, a request for a refund was sent to the hotel. The hotel did not contact. Two weeks later, a repeated request was sent, a response was received that the hotel does not accept cash, but this information is not on the hotel’s booking page and the hotel was sent a request in advance, to which the hotel did not respond.

It is very dirty hotel. Awful location.Very rude staff in the desk. breakfast wasn't good. I never go to this hotel. Even hotel is not safe. Extra bed felt down my wife feet and her toe broken. Becarful please.

The hostel is located not even 5 minutes from the supermarket ICA and just right in front of McDonald˝s and a gas station. Friendly staff, excellent room with a nice view on the forests nearby.
Very clean rooms and soundproof windows, very few things can be heard.
Metro station Husby, line 11 only 4 minutes away which takes you to the Stockholm city center in 15 minutes.

Will only stay here if absolutely necessary. First room I got wasn't cleaned at all. Dirty sheets and no towels in the room. Second room I got was clean, but the showerhead was broken and dirty. The third room I got, the lights wouldn't turn on correctly and there were flying insects in the bathroom. The bathroom seems to be some kind of portable bathroom that they placed there permanently and the entire hotel seems to be needing a renovation.
