Definitely worth a look. I found a Stella Nova dress I just love. There are so many things to look through and real bargains to find. Such an excellent concept; I hope they ship internationally in the future.

Extremely unwelcoming staff, experienced when I was looking for clothes and to a higher degree when bringing my clothes to resell.

I feel that their reselling model is not completely transparent. People bring clothes, which are then exposed for 30 days, after this time (if not sold and if the owner hasn't asked for them back) they go straight to charity. The deal is clear once we sign BUT in this extremely digital Sweden, I feel like it's a half scam to not implement a better communication with the client who gives the clothes that Arkivet sells to make money and survive.

For instance:
- You should ask the bank account details to pay the 40% return asap. (I had to ask to give my account details three times to the same woman before she actually took note).
- You could allow to track online the status of the items. I had to physically go to the shop and queu 20 mins just to know if my clothes were sold or not. (only a trip to the center costed me 70 -).

On top of this, very oddly they said that one of my clothe had lost the label and so wasn't exposed (????) so now it can stay out another month. Not sure if this is common but I found it very odd.

On the positive side, you can find good deals while looking for second hand items.

Nice atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, but i found the majority of the clothea were H&M, Zara, and the like, so not so different from other shops.

Clothes are carefully curated to make sure they are stylish, modern, and in excellent-good condition. Majority of the pieces are affordable (85SEK and up). There are a lot of new and returning customers so make sure you drop by early as it gets really busy and there is quite a demand.
PS I wish they also have an online shop.

Surprisingly pleasant experience! They have good brands, and I found a super cute bag for 245kr!
