A nice store with exceptionally nice staff. I went there yesterday and unfortunately the size of the shoe I wanted to try wasn’t available. But I was really amazed by how nice and helpful was the girl that was helping me (with curly hair). It really made my day. I’m definitely ordering new Axel Arigato shoes once I’m home from vacation ❤️ thanks!!

Disappointed at the store which seems to have very little when it comes to customer service. Bought a pair of shoes that I walked out with, got my receipt and when the clerk asked me if I wanted the box I thought, don't really need it so I said no. After walking in them for a while I started feeling like they were not right for my foot, figured I could just return them for a bigger size. NO, I cannot...... I need the box that the clerk offered to take away. They refuse to take the shoes back, so now I'm stuck with an expensive pair of uncomfortable shoes and a mindset that says, I will never buy anything from you ever again.

Disappointment
Ordered pair of Clean 90 Zipper sneakers. The delivery had taken extremely long time due to some mixed up with tracking formation. The packaging was nice, however shoes quality was disappointing - metal parts (buckles and zippers) were extremely poor quality with lots of discoloration and scratches. Not something you expect while purchasing 200 Euros worth pair of shoes. Additionally, shoes were rare in size - somewhat short in length in my normal size, at the same time extremely wide. Returned shoes and don't think will ever purchase again. Don't be fulled by amazing images of shoes on the web-page.
