Had the new premium fried chicken Burger here. I guess it is not about the location itself but what you get at Bastard Burgers. For 200 SEK (menu) we got what looked like a 90g fried chicken Burger that was not even larger than the bun. Feels like false advertising. Will not try that again.
Normal burgers are usually more sizeable and tasty. Left without having my hunger fully satiated.

First time to this franchise and I'll start by saying the food was excellent however the service was very poor.

Restaurant was completely empty, and we were told we had one hour before closing. So we grabbed a seat, as a first timer here I didn't understand how it worked, our waitress sat on the opposite side of the restaurant on her phone.

After 10 minutes we had to get up and ask and we were told to order at the till. A simple "come up when you're ready to order"

We were given a ticket with our order number on it, so we waited. Food was placed on a collection tray but nobody called out a number so we weren't sure if we had to collect it.

Waitress walked passed our food twice and didn't say anything to us. So our food had been there a good 10 minutes before we realised we had to get it.

Pretty bad first impression of a business, waitress was still sitting on her phone while we left.

On saving grace was the food.

Had a really good burger, the staff was super nice and spoke perfect English. The place itself is cool and has a nice vibe to it. Definitely recommend.
