Amazing venue, but questionable service. The wardrobe is paid (40 sek) which is fine, but when the concert was over people had to wait in line more than an hour to actually get to the wardrobe, I guess because it is so cramped and there might be a lack of staff. Additionally, this was a somewhat crowded event and it did not feel like there was any sort of air conditioning, or if there was, it was extremely weak. I don't remember the last time I sweated so much, and it definitely impacted my atmosphere. Beer was fine (prices are high, but that's to be expected). Biggest positive: the chandeliers. Staff was understanding when we needed their help also.

Berns Terrassen: A Mixed Bag of Thunder and Average

Berns Terrassen is a classic Stockholm venue with a rich history. While the music was definitely a highlight, with a thunderous sound that filled the room, the overall atmosphere of the party itself was just okay.

The food and finger food left much to be desired, feeling rather average and uninspired. Drinks were similarly underwhelming.

If you're looking for a venue with great music and a lively atmosphere, Berns Terrassen might be worth checking out. However, don't expect to be blown away by the food or drink offerings.

Racist and discriminating security staff who takes pleasure in showing off their power. They made some of us pay and some not, even though we all were on the guestlist and arrived on time. I don’t get it why you would employ people like that, we will definitely not come back.

Went to see a gig and it was an absolute logistical nightmare.

Queue to undersized coat room was long. When we were trying to leave after the show, we waited in queue for a full hour. An hour where there’s no possibility to go to the toilet, nor were we able to order water from the bar.

An absolutely ridiculous fiasco logistically. Do better, please for the love of christ.

I was visiting Sweden for two weeks and decided to party here. The atmosphere is great. Everbody was friendly and dressed up real nice. Had a good time and made some good friends.

I often read reviews about bouncers being rude or kicking people out. In my experience if you’re respectful and understanding you don’t have any trouble.

In order to get in you have to be on the guest list or stand in line for the general admission. These close around 23.00. To increase the changes of being accepted in the general admission, go with a group, dress up and be friendly. You’ll definitely have a good time when you’re in.

Extra information: this venue has multiple stages from R&B to House/EDM. The different stages have different names such as LE or NEU
