Den 14 juni 1917 ombildades klubben till en kanotförening och fick sitt nuvarande namn. Klubbens ursprungliga ändamål var att genom utövning av kanotidrott verka för höjande av medlemmarnas andliga och fysiska fostran samt att främja god kamrat- och idrottsanda. Idag erbjuder klubben paddling för både nybörjare och erfarna kanotister, inklusive intropaddling och träningsgrupper för barn och vuxna. Excellent quality of Kayaks and Canoes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is one of the better locations for Kayaking in Stockholm. Not many boats around and the water is calmer.

The best kayak club in Stockholm for renting a kayak/canoe. Very good prices! The location is great compared to many other ones close to narrow channels where big ships are passing by more often, fantastic view, you can picnic along the water before/after as there are nice cliffs and a small sand strand for swimming.
