I think Cafe Pascal is never failed me. This location feels more cozy than other location.  It's nice to be able to see the bakery kitchen behind, feels like the food are fresh. Really nice staff, they look happy and not understaffed. It's clean and bright. The tea is good and the semla is not to sweet, perfect!

Recommended by a local friend and they were spot-on. The chocolate croissant is excellent and the variety of baked goods much wider than most coffee shops in Stockholm that all seem to buy from the same supplier.

Pro Tip: do not leave your sandwich outside alone while you go back in for your coffee.
Update: They now have installed some "decoy birds" to scare off the gulls! Observed zero feathered felonies while there this time
