Thank you to the very kind and wonderful staff.
When I arrived from Japan, two of the wheels on my suitcase were broken, so I bought a new suitcase at this store and they took the broken suitcase away. Other stores said they would not take broken suitcases away. I was in a lot of trouble at the time, but the staff at this store smiled and said they would take it away willingly.
I was able to enjoy my 10-day trip. Thank you so much. I am grateful from Japan.

Very bad costumer service, personal not welcoming, not helping at all, nobody to welcome you on the store. When you ask for help, you they search on the computer but they do not know where the item is located. This review it is based on multiple visits made in the last month.
