The västerbottenost with tångrom was of the best pizzas that I've ever had in Stockholm. The dough was so good.

The restaurant is small, so seats aren't guaranteed, but if you can dine-in, it's got a nice and casual vibe.

A great place to meet friends and hang out, with a couple of vegetarian options.

Visited in autumn 2023.
We wanted to try the taste of Neo-Neapolitan style pizza and compare it to Neapolitan style.

To say truely - impressed by quality of pizza. The underside was of course different taste - more crispy comparing to stone owens, due to preparation time is little bit longer. But it was really good taste.
Structure of pizza of course has different airy crust at perimeter, due to different type of owen used.

But toppings were great and we were really happy.

Service was really good and created atmopshere.

You can not consider this as Italian-vibe place, but it is not positioned to be like this either.

Still, its imporant for me to feel something from Italy while eating pizza - individual preference.

To sum up - recommended of course, impressed by what you can achieve even if you do not use stone oven.

Pros: - Excellent toppings on the Maggan pizza that I ordered. The burrata was great quality, so was the tomato sauce.
- interior decor is lab-ish. Simple tiles, clean and simple furniture. That matches the name of the restaurant—it’s a dough lab 😊.
Prices are modest.

Cons: - I mostly came for the dough—the crust. This place is after all called the dough lab. I had high expectations. I went past many decent pizzerias to get to this one. The quality of dough—IMO—accounts for 90% or more of the taste of a pizza. Anyone can throw things on bread and make a pizza but it takes skill to make good Neapolitan dough. The dough here was bitter instead of the signature sour flavor from long fermentation. That was  a major letdown for me. I really hope it was a one off or simply one outlier dough. I really wanted to like the place (I love the name) but that day wasn’t it.
