Beer and beverage were served with freeze glasses. The flavor and texture of noodle in tofu sensei ramen were good. I haven’t tasted this kind of vegetarian broth before but it was weirdly good. The broth was savory but not too salty. A taste of healthiness with sweetness from sesame and something else that I couldn’t describe (probably mushrooms). And a whole marinated runny egg was served instead of half egg like other places. Everything in the super bowl was great but there is lack of vegetables.

So I ordered the tofu sensei ramen with an extra egg. When receiving my food I was told they were out of eggs so instead they put extra tofu. I was never given any option for replacement (and repayment for missing items was not possible?!). The choice was made for me (which is not acceptable customer service in that case). Plus I do not understand why I could add extra food that was not available but that’s another problem. On top of that there was also another item missing (no pak choi in my food, even though it’s part of the ingredients). This was never mentioned to me, I only discovered it when I was about to eat. Clearly disappointing.

Ordered Super Bowl and wanted some of the ingredients removed because I cannot eat some of the things. First they did not understand what I was explaining. At last they did. The tempura shrimps though were raw and it didn’t really taste well.

Nice place. Food was far better than I expected and service was perfect. One of the best spicy tuna maki rolls I’ve had so far!The staff were polite and accommodating. Definitely would recommend trying this place.🍣😍👍

Sorry to say, but this place is straight up bad. I did the lunch Ramen to go and the noodles are lumped together. There’s a hard boiled egg and also some slimy, sweet tofu. Barely any veggies only noodles and the broth is terrible. I usually take away from Mishumashu or Kapibar ramen and those places are excellent even when you do take away.
Picture is after I had a bite from it but you see how small and sad this ramen is with mostly noodles.
