I want to underline that agreements that only benefit one party are illegal according to Swedish law. If you find yourself in a similar situation, dispute the invoices! Debt collection then becomes ineffective, and DLL is forced to take the matter to the district court. There, their unfair agreement will be scrutinized legally.

Let this be a warning - read their agreement carefully and think twice before signing anything.
