I keep coming across situations where I think this is the best pho I’ve had, and here I am again. It was absolutely delicious I couldn’t bear to put hoisin or hot sauce in it. The broth was perfectly balanced with hints of star anise and herbs, it was simply flavourful. The pho was also generously filled with deliciously marinated marbled beef slices which I haven’t had anywhere before. I see most places use leaner cuts which can come out tough/dry or what they interpret as healthy, but this was phenomenal for me, to retain the flavour depth of a real authentic savoury bowl of pho. In addition, the Vietnamese meatballs, which don’t get served at many places, is what made this place stand out. It’s a quaint counter service style restaurant with really sweet young ladies working the register, albeit you’re told when they’re closing as you dine. Regardless, endearing to hear familiar dialect that made it an authentic experience - glad I made it before they ran out of the pho broth for the evening.

Good but nothing too rave about. I got the spring rolls on the noodle salad, it was good and the flavours were good, but it didnt feel entirely fresh or delicious. It was just a regular salad, not remarkable, and plain glass noodles. Could maybe have profited from a larger variety of greens and better composition with the noodles.

Spring rolls were tasty, no complaints there.

Service was good but a little unwilling to help? Almost felt like the cashier was making fun of us at times when we asked for clarifications or recommendations.

Anyways, its a fine lunch spot.

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience here at Eatnam. You order at the counter and receive a flag to bring to your table. There are 13 items on the menu covering from phở to bún and cơm. They even had cà ri! We ordered the egg rolls, spring roll, phở, and cơm thịch nướng. Portions are generous and plenty of food for one person. Really enjoyed the Spring rolls. The egg rolls felt like it was heated up and not as fresh. My wife likes her pho, the fish sauce for the rice was a little salty and the rice can be cooked better. I would recommend this Vietnamese restaurant if you are in Stockholm. It was pretty close to authentic Vietnamese Food.

I have seen quite a lot of posts on this food chain throughout various SoMe channels and marked it on my list as I am quite a fan of pho. However, I was disappointed. With such a high price and positive reviews, the expectation was set high. The pho size was small. The soup base was ok and the rice noodles were fine. But instead of beef slices, it was offered more the meat balls, which made the pho less tasty. Many other places downtown offer more authentic Asian dishes with lower price.

Surprisingly quite good Viet food in Sweden. Taste is also quite authentic although the sauce is a tad salty. Seating is quite a plenty incl upstairs. Service was also fast.
