Favorite store. I have owned many different ECCO shoes last 10 years, from dress shoes to casual shoes & boots and even duty boots,  and I have never been disappointed.  Ecco are not cheap and maybe not always the most durable (only close to). But Ecco makes definitely most comfortable and ergonomic shoes I ever have owned.

Visited the store today to buy some shoes. It is a nice store with very friendly and cooperative staff. I went through several pairs of trials.

Ended up buying a couple of pairs. Ecco’s are always a nice pair of shoes.

Would recommend if you are in the market for shoes.

The ladies at this store are very nice and very helpful.
Maria in particular was amazing, she brought me a pair of shoes that might fit because she knew that specific type runs a little big, since they were not right for me she went above and beyond to another stock room to find the right size for me.
On top of that she was patient as I tried on the shoes to see which ones felt better since they come with custom insoles. She was more than kind since I was taking my time.
When it came time to pay she recognized I wasn't from here and asked if I wanted a duty free tax form! I was so tired from the day and jetlagged that it was unbelievable she knew my needs and took care of them before I could even think.
The shoes from Ecco are amazing, they're so light and fit perfectly (if you get the correct size) they're also incredibly durable. I bought sandals from a different store over 10years ago and they still look and feel gently used.
Take care of them and maintain them once in a while and they'll last forever.

Choices are limited, and the service was mediocre. The staff cared so little about us, the clients, that they didn't notice we were asking to try out a different model of shoes.
Will not come back and do not recommend.
