Good intense workouts. Missed a class, 10:30, they have spaces for 11:00 for a slightly different class (same cost); but still refuses to refund or allow access to the next session. Offered to pay any difference in between the ClassPass amount that they get when I’m not checked in, and this next class. No can do: “Tyvääärr kan vi inte göra någonting” says one of the co founders Alexander (which is a lie).

What they call aggressive is me asking if I can pay the difference in between. Alexander himself became aggressive at this point: “you don’t seem to understand what I’m saying - there is the door if you have a problem”.

It’s a shame that a great concept is ruined by horrible customer service representatives.
