Beautiful experience. The environment is high-end and elegant, but at the same time it does not lose the relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The service is excellent and she is like a performer to make the dishes more interesting! The asparagus is delicious!
We chose this place to celebrate our birthday, a very memorable experience.

What a great dining experience!
The staffs were really friendly and attentive. They even gave us a tour of the kitchen where they made all the foods that were going to be served. The restaurant looks simple but elegant which is a plus. Loved the food and how well they presented it. I appreciate the used of high quality raw materials that are locally produced. The service, teamwork and the skill of the chefs are perfection. Absolutely one of the best in the city.

Absolutely amazing. This is one of the best ways to experience authentic Swedish flavors without going the traditional dish route. The chefs are produce first, so the produce dictates the menu which means that you can have new dishes every week. The menu is not available before hand and each dish was presented to you at the table.

I can not recommend this restaurant enough and I’m looking forward to going back. I was there during spring but I’ll want to go every season just to see what marvel they’ll cook up. Worth every krona and star.

Forget the food and think of art! That is what all is about here in Gastrologik.

High quality raw material locally selected and sourced (therefore the seasonal menu) together with an excellent leadership and teamwork, in cooking, design, service and presentation (at the table) will definitely surprise you.

For me, variation was the recurring theme in everything. Different plates, different colors, different shapes, different scents, different flavors, different cutlery, different napkins and different glasses. Also, different people (everyone with own accent from different part of Sweden), who presented the plate before it was served.

The comfort, the elegance and the discreet interior create an elegant modern Scandinavian impression that few places can match.
