Cosy place with good burgers, nice service, and fair prices. I visited there on a Thursday night and was able to get a seat without reservation. The service was quick, and the lady who worked there was very nice. One tip would be to tell how you would like your meat, as it seems like they tend to grill it well-done (which was not a problem for me as that’s how I like it but in case you want it less cooked, I would recommend mentioning).

I tried the chicken burger with wings. The burger was surprisingly good and the wings were a bit salty but good. The fries on the other hand were ok and tasted a bit like the McDonald's fries. The staff at the restaurant was extremely nice and kind. The ambience of the place was very cozy with music and the portion was decent.

Ordered the Heinrich Goes Big (through Foodora) and got a burger with burnt meat.
Absolutely ridiculous to pay such a price and then receive a burned product.

I called to notify the staff and the girl that answered was very professional about it.

I will be demanding a refund.

I visited this restaurant today so as to order a takeaway food since there was an event close to the restaurant. Didn’t wait so long, but when the food came, there was no plastic fork and knife with the food. Despited mostly the restaurants have, they didn’t. Also, the waitress was so rude and was directing me to the chinese restaurant close to them to take the fork and knife and it was so funny and weird to me.

I even asked her how is it possible to buy food here and take the fork and knife from somewhere else but still she was rude and insisting to go there. Also, she was expecting me to ask her to give me the fork and knofe to have the food in the restaurant despite they should have done it.

All in all, the food was good but the waitress behaviour was not nice at all. Don’t recommend it at all!
