execrable security, they kicked us out just because it was new year and he wanted to make as many numbers as possible. We had booked our tickets and 30 minutes after 00:00 we were thrown out in dresses without jackets even though it was freezing. I don't recommend this place, at least 15 of us got fired at the same time for no valid reason

If someone is not from Stockholm/Sweden then Entr app is not working or guest list foes not work. Ofcourse if you are not from here you won’t have any reference and the security or the management does not let you in. I do respect rules. There must be flexibility in the rules for foreigners rather than bypassing the rules by knowing the security personnel or someone inside.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Hells Kitchen on 27/7. Despite being on the guest list, I was not allowed entry by the doorman. This was not only frustrating but also completely unacceptable, especially when I saw that two other guys, who were not even on the list, were allowed in without any issues.

This shows a clear lack of professionalism and fairness in how guests are treated. It is inexcusable not to follow the guest list correctly and to favor certain visitors in such an obvious way. As someone who had been looking forward to spending the evening at your club, I feel very disappointed and unfairly treated.
