Excellent service going beyond what you would expect from a 5 star hotel.  The staff went out of their way to arrange a special massage and spa experience for us, and when we accidentally left a necklace in a bathrobe, it was waiting for us at the front desk in the morning.

Full high quality breakfast. Easy walking to transportation and activities. Comfortable beds. Beautiful view from the sea view rooms.

Everything about our experience here was amazing. We booked the Sea View room, which had the most beautiful views of the boats and water outside, as well as a huge balcony area. Our room was spacious, clean, with a well stocked mini fridge.

I've stayed at many hotels in Stockholm, and this one blows them all out of the water. We can't wait to go back next year and try the suite out for our wedding!

I adore the restaurant, it is my favourite place to eat. Nice atmosphere, very kind and hospitable service. Their waitress are always in good manners and have always been very friendly. Also great quality of food. I recommend the schnitzel

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. While the place itself is very beautiful and the room was comfortable, our experience was overshadowed by an unprofessional handling of payments.

Upon arrival, we paid as requested (more than 600 euros), but were told the payment did not go through—without any proof. We were then asked to pay the same amount a second time. Unsurprisingly, we were charged twice. Although the staff assured us that the issue would be resolved and the refund would be processed within 5 days, we have now been waiting for more than two weeks with no reimbursement in sight.

For a hotel priced at more than 200euros per night, this level of service is unacceptable and has left us very frustrated. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this hotel. If you do choose to stay here, be cautious about their payment practices.

Our stay at Hotel Diplomat in Stockholm was truly memorable. The hotel's central location is ideal, right by the sea and close to major attractions and public transport.

Our room was stylish and spacious, with breathtaking sea views that added a touch of luxury to our stay. The large windows offered a fantastic view of the water, making our mornings extra special.

The lobby bar was a highlight, providing a cosy space to unwind after a long day. The service was excellent, with friendly staff who offered great recommendations for drinks and local delicacies.

Breakfast was diverse and delicious, featuring both local and international options in a warm and inviting setting.

Hotel Diplomat offers excellent value with its prime location, elegant facilities, and top-notch service. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience Stockholm in comfort and style.
