Good food (get the potato!) but also: get a room with a sauna IN IT. Unreal. So so nice after a long day poking around the city. We don't care for the museums and things nearby, but I'm sure that's a nice bonus for others too. We will come back here if we ever visit Stockholm again.

We ate at the restaurant here, so I obviously can't speak to the rooms or hotel. However, if the service is the same, I would book here on my next stay. Warm and friendly staff can make any experience, and they were just that.
Best value for quality oysters and champagne lunch in the city. It's definitely worth a try!

I have only been here for a conference. Very beautiful building and decorating, fresh and cozy with a royal vibe. The staff is friendly. The food was good but the variety was a bit boring.

Very unfriendly staff, ordered drinks and got wrong order! We were also asked in an unfriendly way to have drinks outside as no seats possible inside or on the terrace while many seats were obviously available. If there is any reason for that it should be politely explained

[STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN] Dine in a grand space with absolutely delicious food with large windows of the afternoon glow outside. It couldn't get any better! Hasselbacken is a hotel cum restaurant, and their dining space is absolutely stunning with high ceilings and intricate designs. Here are the food we tried:

Meatballs and Mash 🧆 (255 SEK) - now this was the best meatballs we have had so far. With a slight crust on the outside, and soft juicy meat within, the meatballs had loads of flavour already, and the brown sauce was even better. It had multiple dimensions of flavour, but largely savoury. Loved the tangy twist towards the end! The mashed potatoes were so creamy and aromatic as well. Their lingonberry comes whole but seasoned, and it was so addictive with the meatballs!

Poached Pollack 🐟(175 SEK under daily lunch) - the fish was so fresh and tender! It was paired with a cream sauce that is light and not too salty.

Beetroot Cured Salmon 🐟(175 SEK) - the salmon sashimi was very fresh, and the beetroot not only gave it colour but a slight sweetness as well. Towards the end you can taste the umami from the salmon! The egg yolk and egg roe gave this dish extra richness too. Definitely good for sharing!

I really think this place would do so well for date night. Do visit this place when you come to Stockholm! It isn't too far off and the price isn't too expensive as compared to usual restaurants too.
