Customer service is excellent. The food is reasonably priced, and it’s wonderful that water is free. I definitely recommend it!

One of my favorite places in Stockholm city center for a coffee break with a delicious sweet bite or just a slice of Pizza. Beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff and great location. Haven’t tried dining here yet though but it’s on my list!

This is what they served us when we ordered lasagna. When I tried to complain and explain why this is not right, especially when the price is so high to the manager and owner of the restaurant she said to me that she doesn’t have time to listen to me and that I should go. I tried politely to explain that my only intention was to give her my feedback and explain that this behavior is not proper not only towards a customer but towards a human being. But she kept repeating that I should go. I’m still upset and very sad that me and my friends and colleagues had to go through such an experience. Sad to realize how can people treat each other.

A nice Italian-influenced restaurant with appealing and cozy interior and furnishings.

I got a quit impersonal feeling actually.

I did not get a feeling of being well received. No  service and poor attention. It could have been much better if the staff were more kind and helpful.
