The Indian Street Food Restaurant is truly amazing! The food here is incredibly tasty, and the place is very neat and clean. The prices are reasonable, the staff is very friendly, and the service is excellent. You’ll definitely enjoy your meal here, and it’s also a great place to spend quality time. Best Indian food I have ever tried in Stockholm. The taste of pani puri and samosa chat is really delicious. I love the vibe and ambience. The staff is very friendly and service is also good.

We tried Pani puri, Alu papdi chat, Hyderabadi chicken dum Biriyani in our first visit and it was simply the best taste so far in Sweden! Nice location. Next to water. Lot of tables. Friendly staff. Must visit!

June 2024: updating the review after almost a year. Things have improved a lot. Presentation has gone up a notch. Menu update with more vegetarian dishes is a very welcome change. Mango lassi was true to its name. Samosas reminded of India. My "comment" on rice seems well noted and basmati was served. Well deserved upgrade from 3 to 4 star (prices have also increased).
Some more constructive feedback, please serve sticky rice or jasmine rice with Indo-Chinese dishes. :-p

2023: Great presentation, especially starters (bit tangy for general Stockholm audience).
Main couse could be better. I had Jaipuri Paneer Jalfrezi which was tasty but greasy. Rice served along was a big disappointment, how can you have mushy rice at an (north) Indian restaurant (House of Basmati?)!

Service was great. We arrived around 8pm on a Thursday night without having to wait for a table outside, on the water. Great people watching spot and water views. We had the butter chicken and lamb curry (31) which were filling. Ample size portions and comes with rice too. Naan bread - plain and garlic were excellent.
