We were placed in an old, dingy booth that smelled of mold. It was a booth for 8 people but the air-conditioning couldnt keep up.
You have to choose songs from a folder and put them in manually, the song selection hasn't been updated in about ten years and the folders are falling apart. The music volume was incredibly loud and you need to get up and change it for every single song separately because it immediately goes back up and blows your eardrums. Rude staff. Small selection of beers. Dirty environment.
Absolutely not worth your money.

EDIT: I’ve been contacted by the staff and offered a free 1 hour session. Much appreciated!

I booked a room, we were running 5 minutes late, so I emailed them saying that we were on our way and of course I would have payed the full price. We got bounced back from a very rude doorman that said they gave our room to someone else and that I was supposed to call them, not email them. It’s not worth the stress I think, you’re not going to sing with Madonna backing up your voice. A bit of customer care wouldn’t do any harm.

I use to like the place but no cocktails were well made, they also missed and messed up a lot of our orders.
The Kareokeo in it self was somewhat OK. You get a 90s vibe from the whole Kareoke setup. I think the somehow missed the tech train since they still use physical lists with the music.
On the upside, good sound and ok rooms.

I LOVED this place! The experience from the beginning was great, the attention, and the variety of songs that they had, we had a blast for m bday celebration with friends!!

Overpriced. The room was the size of a broom closet. No screen to search and select the songs. No dance lightning. The cable of the mic was half broken. The speakers often had feedback from the mics.
