In love with this vegan cafe! We were so in love that we came back 3x during our last trip to Stockholm. We love the variety of offerings from coffee to pastries to sandwiches. Also the owner is so lovely and passionate for what he does and offers to the city of Stockholm.

I adore this café! I can’t believe I only found out about this place last year. This has now become my go to place when I want to fika. They have some the best buns in Stockholm, hands down. You can also buy the plant-based steak from Juicy Marbles here (to cook at home). I highly recommend that one.

I love that they do different seasonal semla buns. They do the regular ones during the semla season of course but they also do one with strawberries in the whipped cream during midsummer, an apple pie one during autumn last year (this autumn they had a STUNNING cinnamon bun semla) and then they even do a saffron semla in December.

I’ve recommended this place to so many people that I feel like I should be sponsored by them 😂 The absolute best thing on their menu is their semla, so please try to go there when they have it.

I sound like a crazed semla fanatic but I didn’t even like semla buns when I was growing up (before going vegan), so I’m simply very impressed that they’ve made me like semlor this much 🥹

The quality and variety of Vegan food is so awesome at Kafé Plattan, I had the best stew with juicy marbles meat, we went back three days in a row to try a variety of dishes, they were all delicious. The coconut brownie bar was off the chart amazing! Highly recommended for vegans and everyone else!

I completely missed the fact that this was a vegetarian café, so I was slightly caught off guard by the coffee having oat milk, but it was some of the best coffee I had so far in stockholm... But the highlight was the owner(?) who met us with a great attitude, great service and overall left me with the best experience I have had so far in 2.5 years of living in Stockholm. Highly recommend a visit.

My friend from the UK finally had nothing to complain about when it came to the coffee.
