Eaten here twice. First time spicy miso and second time the shoyu. Both times the ramen was average. Today's shoyu broth was way too salty and lacked umami. The meat was way too salty. Noodles had good chew but lacked flavor. Huge plus to good vibes from girl serving us, but for food I'd probably go elsewhere.

The atmosphere is great, stylish, lots of tables, easy to get a table. The food was great, the service, however, was not. Our server could not explain the dishes, nor  did he ask for help (he was new). It would have been completely fine if the server asked for help. He decided to guess instead.  During our dinner, no one asked us if we wanted to drink something else to the food, replenish our current drinks, or ask if we wanted dessert or something else. After our first order, we were ghosted by the entire staff. Would probably not go back.

Tried their Baitan Ramen! Broth ✅ noodles (could be a bit better) ✅ toppings ✅ approved by a Japanese and someone who lived years in Japan!! We will visit again!

I liked this place better than Östermalm.
The chicken was deliciously cooked. Excellent glazing. Nice spiciness.
Kimchi is amazing.
One minx is music :)
It was melodic and pleasant, but it contrasted very much with the interior :)

Really enjoyed the food, super tasty and nicely seasoned. Portion sizes were also good. The vibe is more towards contemporary than strictly traditional Japanese ramen, which is good to know.
