The hall is stunning, and the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere. The oysters are incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the presentation is excellent. We had the seafood risotto, but I found it too heavy due to the cheese, which made it quite rich for my stomach. If you’re sensitive to fatty or oily dishes, the risotto might not be for you. However, the seafood in the dish was well-prepared. The venue is also wheelchair accessible.

Came here on a Friday night and was able to get bar seating relatively easily. Restaurant is inside the Östermalms Food Hall and they take up a good corner near the back. Had a shrimp sandwich for an appetizer and the whole fried lemon sole “Grenoble” as the main. The shrimp sandwich was like a shrimp salad and was very flavorful and was also light despite having a cream base. The sole dish stole the show - the fish was fresh and cooked to perfection, super flaky and seasoned well. Beats added a nice contrast. Only complaint would be a tad too much oil for the dish. Would come back

The food was delicious. Fish was great and the scallop in the risotto is especially good.

The service was, well, less than satisfaction.  Especially for this price range, at least the staffs should be a bit more attentive and polite.
When we asked for a table, the staff guided us to the high stool and bar area, even though we approached to get seating at area with dining table (it was very much empty at the time.) The high stool wasn't comfortable and a little bit difficult to sit for the elders in our group. At first, I thought the dining table were reserved and that's why they seated us at the bar (without explanation), but I then notice that other foreigners were also seated in the same area.
Well, I don't know if they try to make it easier for management or what, but this doesn't sit well with our experience.

During our visit to Lisa Elmqvist in Stockholm, we had an exceptional dining experience. The restaurant, known for its seafood, had a welcoming atmosphere and an elegant yet cozy setting. We particularly enjoyed the cod salad, which was a delightful combination of fresh, high-quality ingredients and perfectly balanced flavors. For the main course, we chose a dish featuring cod, which was superbly prepared, tender, and flavorful. If you find yourself at Lisa Elmqvist, I highly recommend trying both the cod salad and the main cod dish. They truly showcase the best of what this renowned restaurant has to offer.

This was my first meal in Stockholm and Sweden and it did not disappoint. I think as far as quality and value in addition to service was very reasonable. It’s unpretentious and the story behind the family is passed through generations as the daughter runs the restaurant and business.

I had the baked perch with potatoes and mushroom cream sauce. My friend took the fish and chips. It was both fresh tasting and portion size were fairly large.

It’s located in a food hall so I probably recommend a lunch stop as opposed to dinner so you can see the hustle and bustle of the market. If one prefers a quiet and more intimate atmosphere then I recommend dinner.
