Food is simple, like many things in Sweden. salads, snacks, drinks - cold. hot lentil soup is quite good. quiet and clean, staff is a bit slow, seems not very motivated. But the fact that not a single toilet works is a shock. This kills all the advantages. Visitors are very unhappy to find out after payment that all the toilets are under repair.

It's below average lounge. Food choices are minimal. Tomato soup was really good along with chips. Salad was ok. Multiple choices of fountain drinks which are ok.

Service is non-existent. If you need a table, you would need to clean it up for yourself as staff doesn't believe in it! I was in a small area for an hour or so. I didn't see a single staff member cleaning our area.

Furniture is decent with combination of regular chairs, lounge chairs, and small sofas. They do have a couple of small cubicles for work areas.

The best part of the lounge is the view. You can watch planes and a runway (a bit far!).

The worst lounge chairs, frozen meatballs, soft drink with taste like sugary water, the worst experience during check in. Because of the reviews I was expecting to be bad and yes it was bad. I hope the airport would do smth to solve this lounge problem in Stockholm

Quite an average lounge.. food was okay but not excellent. Place was very packed but staff were prompt in trying to clear finished plates. Literally 3 shared cubicles of toilets in here which is dismal. Lots of plugs around but no usb points. To be frank there are more comfortable seats at the departure area around gates F which are usually empty. Probably not worth utilizing your lounge passes for here unless you have unlimited passes..

A receptionist seemed to be rather disgusted when she saw that somebody came in. When we said that we have lounge access from REVOLUT, she informed us that they’re not accepting Revolut cards not even trying to solve this “problem”. When we finally got a chance to show her the code she was not pleasant. Offhandedly, she only said "thank you" at the very end when she have us back our passports and boarding passes.
The lounge was dirty and there were not many clean tables to sit at (see attached photos) which didn’t change for a long time.
The food was meagre and not very tasty, and the coffee (from the coffee machine) was cold (how is it even possible!?!?!?! 🤣). One customer had to pick up a dirty plate left by someone else to have a chance to sit at the table....
NOT AT THIS PRICE. It’s better to go to any restaurant in Arlanda than to pay so much for poor quality service.
