Busy atmosphere but it has its moments of calmness. The pastries are obviously top notch but the lunch options were unexpectedly on par. I would encourage trying out the lunch options—mostly the grilled cheese.

Modern and nice place! The coffee is amazing , the pastry is so delicious as well! But when it comes to cakes, they are not that perfect, i don’t recommend the red velvet cheesecake, it was very very bad! I decided to try Davis cake after that, it was better, but still not enough! The place and the staff are great!

2024 update: The new sandwiches aren't as good as last years options, at least not to our taste and the pastrami sandwich has a lot less meat in this year. Still a good place for a lighter meal or a fika though.

We returned a couple of of months later and tried some other dishes and the food really is worth coming here for, not just the cakes. The pulled pork sarnies packed a flavour punch and were quite filling. We obviously tried some other cakes as well, which were also very good.

December 2023 review: Inside what's been called the ugliest building in Stockholm, you'll find some of the best food and pastries in town. The Reuben sandwich was excellent and the eggs Benedict were cooked to perfection, although the hollandaise sauce was lacking slightly in flavour.
The cakes we had afterwards were also very good, although the red velvet cake could actually do with less filling and more cake. It also didn't taste like a chocolate cake, if that's what you're looking for.
Very cosy atmosphere in December and nice and helpful staff.
Only wish is that the food menu had a few more items.
It's not a cheap place, but well worth it. We'll be back to try more things.

The taste was so good but too much cream on it. Thats why it was a bit heavy.  I didn't like taste of salted caramel cake because you feel salt more than caramel. Especially citroen cake was amazing ! I recommended! You can give it a try ( but it is better if you go there when you re hungry 😄) People were so friendly.🌸Thanks for the delicious experience !✨☺️

Good pastry option. Nice lunch items as well. The famous red valvet cake is too heavy butter cream cheese to my taste. They do have a weird setting system which you are not supposed to find your own seat before you order. You should order first the. "someone" will point out seats for you.....if that "someone" is always there to help.
