Around three weeks ago I had a terrible experience at Noir. I explained to Marko over the phone that I want very few highlights, as my hair is fine and short, and I don't want to leave the salon with very blonde or orange hair.
My natural hair color is brown, and I’ve always maintained the same style.

Marko booked me with 'Åse', senior tech. I explained to her what I wanted, showing her photos and repeatedly stressing that I wanted very few highlights and absolutely no orange or brassy tones.

I noticed 'Åse' was applying large highlights, and I told her it was too much. She said these are "baby highlights" and that they wouldn’t be noticeable, promising it would look just like the photos.

The end result was a disaster: brassy, orange hair with no real highlights—just one solid, brassy color. Instead of asking for my feedback, 'Åse' commented, "The color is nice." When I told her it wasn’t what we had agreed on, she said, "This is what you asked for and frowned her face." I showed her the photos again, but she said I'm busy today to fix your hair. Check with the reception and book for another day!
She made so many highlights and rushed so the color so it didn't open up and gave that result!

Her colleague saw how bad my hair looked and kindly offered to help. She did her best with toner, but my hair turned a dark brown, and after just a few washes, it became a bright orange.

I’ve since spent a lot of money on hair masks trying to fix the damage but with no success. Paying over 3,700 to have my hair ruined is beyond unprofessional.

I feel awful about my hair and have avoided social events since then.

To the management, I hope you contact me so I can share photos of my hair privately—this is completely unacceptable.

In my opinion, this place is worth every penny. Haircut is around 800-900 SEK, you can see full price list when booking, no hidden fees.
Top service, great location, fantastic staff, always brilliant result. I been going there for the past few years and always book hair cut with Linnea, fairly young and professional girl. She respects and feels your mood, she can chat with you if you want or leave you in a peace and quiet :) I just love this place and highly recommend it.
Turn up 10 min earlier and enjoy a nice cup coffee before your cut.

Absolutely amazing! Super kind and helpful and did an amazing job on my hair! Got a dark dark brown and bleached to add purple color in. Turned out amazing! Definitely recommend! Åse was amazing!

Found Filiz at Noir by accident when another colorist cancelled on me last minute two days in a row (different salon). She happened to have a cancellation so I snagged the appt and she is both talented and lovely. My hair was too dark at the root and too yellow on the ends. I wanted a cooler color and to blend better more toward my natural color. She set expectations that it might take two appointments but after a couple of washes my hair was EXACTLY what I had hoped for. Just went back for my 6 week root growout and confirmed that she really is that good. I love my color. Been a while since I could say that. And he head massages and conversation are great too :)
