Back two weeks later and the corn bread is now somewhat better, but still not corn bread. Meat is still good, sides the same.

Ordered the prime smoke tray. Brisket - soft and tender with a nice smoke ring and bark, plenty of flavour. Pork belly - again soft and tender, but could've done with some bark for a bit more flavour. Smoked sausage, good flavour, not sure if the cheese added anything. Coleslaw and creamy corn dip, both good. The not so good, the refried beans where dry and bland and the cornbread was like someone had forgotten a piece out toast out over night and then thrown it in the microwave to try and revive it. The cornbread also had the wrong texture and wasn't like any cornbread I've ever had. The side of sweet potato fries were crispy. At least the waitress took one of our drinks off our order due to the cornbread being stale, so big plus there. Overall a good BBQ place and we'll be back to try more things, as we wanted to play it safe after not so good experience with other BBQ places in Stockholm.

First time at newly renovated Prime. Had the brisket for lunch and I must say it's better then the other places in Stockholm(considered to be the best in Sweden..).
They will exchange the black beans that was a bit sad, to white beans with salsa w a sting beginning of August.
Also exchanging the muffin mördeg to a sourdough bread.
Will definitely come back!

Beef brisket - Very tender, juicy, and tasty. I asked for a fatty piece and got it! The bark was overly salty though. The sides were pretty good too. Nice that it came with jalapenos, pickled onions, and pickled cucumbers.

Pork ribs - A bit dry and not very meaty. And very small.

Great BBQ, great burgers. Good selection of beer. Beef ribs and brisket were excellent. Skip the cornbread, needs a new recipe. Kids loved the cheesecake!

This was a great American burger restaurant with a Mexican flair. The decor was fun and consistent throughout the restaurant. It was clean, including the bathroom. The service was great with the server making an effort to ensure everything was good. They had a great selection of drinks and even had Root Beer which is very very rare here in Sweden. The food was prepared perfectly and full of taste. I felt like you got a decent amount for the price and was overall very happy with the visit. Note that the restaurant is just a little off from the main restaurant stretch but I feel that just contributes to the vibe.
