Exceptionally great food and cozy athmosphere. Not a single dish was a disappointment, and the price of the menu was also super reasonable. Will definitely visit again :)

I come here every year for my birthday. It’s an intimate atmosphere where the chefs serve and present the dishes. I love that they have a non alcoholic beverage pairing of really exciting juices they make themselves.

We had read about this restaurant in the New York Times travel section and were pleased to get a reservation when we went to Stockholm for our wedding anniversary celebration.  The waiter was extremely knowledgeable, Attentive and passionate about the food. .The food is all locally sourced and in season.  Everything was delicious.  Some of the highlights were the fried seaweed with fresh baby lettuces, a strawberry and blood orange gazpacho, white asparagus, and elderberry flower ice cream.  Also, Accommodating to gluten free for those who need it and a gf bread was made with buckwheat flour.

I m a customer since the day they opened. The last two times i have visited Prospero, was completely dissapointment. They are experimenting the last year, trying to attract more customers and be more affordable perhaps but the dissapointment is huge.
Tonight we had dinner. A very BASIC dinner. No suprises in flavours, very basic ingredients, poor imagination and very poor taste. I m extremely dissapointed. My friends felt the same.
And the cherry on top, was that they overcharged us in the bill. We complaint. They said they "fixed" the mistake, the sum was again more than it should. My friend decided to paid in the end without saying anything, just for us to leave sooner.
It completely ruined the feeling of the night. After so many years and countless amazing tastings, i dont think we will ever be coming back again to Prospero.
Very sad.
I wish you guys, went back to initial more expensive but totally worthy menus and combinations. Or at least put some effort again in your plates and flavours.

Amazing food, with details of freshness and local flavors. Great service and detail. The wine pairing is also recommended. The selection of Swedish cheese is fantastic as well.
