Is a luxurious and unforgettable experience. "I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive.
The rooms were spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal, close to all the major attractions. Breakfast was a highlight – so delicious with plenty of options. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else

We arrived before lunch and were able to check in already. Anders in the reception was super sweet and the check-in experience was smooth.

We got the Premium room, which was an upgrade, but we are most often upgraded to much higher category, as I am a VIP member. Also, nothing was waiting for us in the room, nor did it arrive later. A handwritten note is such a low effort but a nice touch, so we were a tad disappointed.

Besides this, the room was clean and spacious. A tub would have been nice.

Breakfast buffet was great and had more options than many others in Scandinavia.

The hotel lobby and hotel’s atmosphere as such was very nice, inviting, and modern. The location is great, right next to the central station and within walking distance to most spots in the city.

We wouldn’t hesitate coming back :)

The stay was cool, nothing special. During check-in, receptionist Baltsar was discouraged from working. He didn't want to fulfill any of our requests, explaining that he couldn't. But Leo was wonderful! He helped us with every question, he was very helpful, nice, you can see that he is a classy gentleman. Thank u Leo again. The rooms could be bigger, especially the windows.

An absolute DELIGHT of a hotel.
I picked it because it was close to the central station and it could not have been better
The rooms were big, the bathroom pristine and the beds comfortable. The personnel in reception helped me with a lot of questions regarding Stockholm with amazing patience.
Truly, if you're doing a quick trip to Stockholm this one is a must.

Close to the central station. Comfortable rooms and the breakfast quality is good, the menu is mostly fixed. We need to pay to use the sauna and the pool facility.
