This restaurant provides an exceptional dining experience. From the moment we sat down, we knew we were in for something special. We began with the Snack selection, where each small bite was packed with flavor. The cone filled with salad and basil mayo was especially memorable. Then, we had the Veal Tartare. The meat was incredibly fresh and perfectly seasoned, allowing its natural flavors to shine. The Turbot in Brioche and Beef with Truffle were also excellent. For dessert, the Mille Feuille with Apricot and Almond was delicious. The pastry was light and flaky, and the apricot and almond added a great mix of sweetness and nuttiness. To finish, we had a selection of Petite Fours. The macaroon was the highlight, with a crisp shell and a soft, delicious center. Throughout the meal, the drinks were expertly paired with the dishes, enhancing the flavors and overall experience. Overall, this restaurant excels in every way—from the creative and tasty dishes to the excellent service and drink pairings. It's an unforgettable dining experience that's highly recommended.
