A true classic Swedish restaurant. You can’t go wrong with bringing your guest to Pelican to introduce Swedish cuisine but also good for family and friend group dinners as well. All the items on the menu is good but my favourite is Biff Rydberg. Highly recommended

Trip to Stockholm was topped off with a reservation at Restaurant  Pelikan. Staff, food, atmosphere and the restaurant decor were all five star.
I had the  braised pig cheeks, which were so succulent. My wife and two friends also raved about how good their dishes were. The theatre of the flambéing  of their steaks, was a top moment. This and the restaurant being very busy, all evening, created an exciting and fun dining experience.
When we go back to Stockholm we'll definitely visit again.
Oh! And the bill was similar to a good restaurant in the Scotland.
Highly recommend.

Great place to familiarize yourself with Swedish cuisine. If you have ever been to a French bouillon, you will recognize this vibe.
A bit on a pricier side, but considering the size of each dish, it’s all worth it. Would recommend ordering different mains to share.
Food was great, but a bit of seasoning was missing here and there. Alcohol free wine options on the card were definitely a great plus.
No problems with the service. Everyone was quite in a good mood.
One downside is how stuffy and hot it is inside the restaurant in summer.
Make a reservation before visiting.

Very traditional and nice environment. Meatballs are quite big and tasty - definitely recommended. I was not made a reservation before going, but wanted to try my chance anyways. There was not any table, but sat in the bar - special thanks to Adnan to his help and nice company

After so many recommendations to come here, I’m so thrilled we did!! Absolutely delicious! Great service. Wonderful atmosphere. And great selections. I would skip the carpaccio…. But the herring apps, attic char and beef entrees were amazing!!! I had no idea I liked herring so much. Fabulous traditional Swedish meals. So glad we made a reservation and stopped by!
