Nice and friendly staff. However, me (a guy who HAD longer hair) going in wanting to just to cut the tips and give it a layered style, left with 2/3 of my hair gone. I even showed a photo before we started. He even asked me “do you want this and that?”. “Yep sounds great!”. Results? Not even close. I now have actual short hair against my will :-) Thanks!
