I'll start by saying that the rooms are small. With very little space in them.

Otherwise, this hotel is perfect. The staff are exceptionally friendly and professional.

The breakfast on offer everyday is beyond outstanding. The selection is the absolute best we have ever encountered anywhere in the world.

The location is perfect. It's close to every form of transport you will need. Furthermore, the rooms are quiet, you can hardly hear anything.

The hotel is nice and modern, but the room we got had a broken air conditioner, so we had to open the window, which let in the noise from outside while we were sleeping. The breakfast was very good, but we had to book a time to come and the hotel service is good. There are lockers for storing luggage

The room was overall good, but I would like to mention a few minor points that could enhance the experience. Basic amenities such as a water bottle, a kettle for making warm drinks, and a phone to contact for reception. These small additions could make a significant difference.

That said, the receptionist truly stood out with their professionalism and exceptional helpfulness, I have rarely encountered such dedicated service. We requested an early breakfast due to our morning flight, and they exceeded expectations. The breakfast they arranged felt like a delightful gift box, packed with a variety of items—a perfect treat for food lovers like me. 🥐☕

Overall, I would rate this stay a solid 4.5/5. ⭐⭐⭐⭐✨

I am a Scandic member since a very long time. My experiences have been many.
My child with autism sees Scandic as a safe haven, where she feels at home. She knows what to expect and everything is routine based. And the staff of most family oriented Scandic hotels are very good at meeting our sometimes odd  autism needs (other children who like ice cubes ? They have them in abundance for free in most hotels )

But the last years, this has changed, now you are treated differently until they see which Scandic level you are, or with their new language: ’How dear you are’.

The room was tiny, but the service and location is great.
P.s. the staff was very helpful with morning breakfast box as well (on 3 am). 🙂
