I eat palak paneer at Shanti restaurants several times each week as a guide with Food Tours Stockholm and I love it every time. Each Shanti restaurant has a different focus, and all the food is cooked from scratch with fresh ingredients, including the paneer cheese. This week I also had the Bengali meatballs, mango lassi and Shanti lager at Gossip. The meatballs are made from shredded roasted lamb and the sauce is so delicious! (My photos are of a smaller portion size than usual.)

Most authentic Bangladeshi restaurant I have tried in Europe so far. I loved the small aesthetics that create a local Bangladeshi ambiance. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the menu is very reasonably priced, and tasty.

It’s lovely to see a restaurant advertised as Bengali and not Indian for once and serving Bengali classics like halim and Fiyazi.
The decor was very modern and payed homage to Bengali culture. I was so happy to come across this place.
The food tasted as amazing as it look and the portion was perfect.
